In the next few weeks we are going to be making a pretty big deal over the fact that out first range is about to launch.

We are really excited about bringing you a range of jewellery that combines old technologies with new ones. In particular we are using methods of 3D printing to remove a step from the traditional jewellery making process that allows us to sustainably bring you quality jewellery that is designed in Australian, printed and cast in New York City and finished by hand back in Newcastle, Australia.

By 3D printing the wax mould that the jewellery is cast from we can take out a largely time-consuming and technical part of the overall process. Halving manufacturing time and removing the window for errors and inconsistencies.

We still love the tradition of jewellery making and highly respect people who are able to work within the traditional methods. At Kate & Kole we adore experimenting and pushing the boundaries of design and we feel that for us, utilising this technology allows us to more freely achieve this.

If you have any questions about the process or want to chat about 3D printing capabilities please feel free to get in touch.

Thoughtfully composed with modern values, Kate & Kole are reimagining the defines of a coastal design studio.
