A: If you would like to add more than seven letters to your necklace, you may need to upgrade your chain. For further information, please contact us.

Q: Can I add a Tiny Heart Charm to a Tiny Letter Charm Necklace?

A: Yes, adding a Tiny Heart Charm is a beautiful addition to a Tiny Letter Necklace, if you'd like to add a Tiny Heart Charm to your piece you will be required to purchase the amount of charms you would like including the heart charm and include a heart in the open text box e.g. 'S 🖤 J'.

Q. Can I add a Tiny Birthstone Charm to a Tiny Letter Necklace Charm?

A. Yes, a Tiny Birthstone is a beautiful addition. If you would like to add a Tiny Birthstone Charm, you can add it here.

Q: Can you solder the Tiny Letter Charms in place?

A: The letters have been designed to move freely along the chain. We have found that fixing them in place can weaken the chain.

However, if this is something you would like to do we can add two tiny jump rings to either side of the Tiny Letter Charms to fix them in place. The jump rings are just slightly larger than the holes on either side of the letter but small enough that they look no different than the cable chain. If you would like to fix the letters in the place you will have to add this product to your order, it is $10 per jump ring.

Q: Are white gold Tiny Letter Charm Necklaces rhodium plated?

A: Our 9ct white gold chains are rhodium plated— but our Tiny Letter Charms are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold Tiny Letters are rhodium-plated.
