Q: How do I find the right ring size?

A: If you're unsure of your ring size, simply select Ring Sizer and we will post you a ring sizer when your order has been confirmed.

Q: Are the diamonds certified?

A: All diamonds we source over 0.50ct will come with IGI or GCAL certification, matching the inscription on the girdle of the stone.

Q: Can I get this ring resized after the proposal?

A: Yes you can. We offer one complimentary re-size, so if you don't get the size exactly right the first time please get in touch with us to arrange this process.

Q: What is the difference between 9ct & 18ct gold?

A: The carat refers to the percentage of pure gold that is present in the alloy — 9ct is 37.5% and 18ct is 75% pure gold. The different alloy mixes will affect the colour & durability of the piece.

Q: Are your white gold pieces rhodium plated?

A: As standard, most of our 9ct white gold pieces are not rhodium plated. Our 9ct chains are rhodium plated— but charms, pendants and rings are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold pieces are either rhodium plated or upgraded to platinum at no additional cost.
