Kate & Kole


Kate & Kole pieces are made to order using ethically sourced and recycled materials. If you need your piece quickly, our Priority Service can be added to your order.

If your Kate & Kole piece has presented with a fault outside our warranty period, you can purchase a repair here. Faults include:

- Clasps failing
- Chain breakages

The fee covers a the repair, a clean of your piece and return express postage when your piece is complete.

Process for ordering a repair

Step One: Order your repair
Complete the checkout for your repair, this gives us your contact details, information on the repair and the return address.

Step Two: Return your piece
We will send you a return form to complete.

Please package your piece up safely, print your return form and send your piece to

PO Box 96 Hamilton NSW 2303.

Pieces are to be returned within 7 days of repair being submitted.

Step Three: Kate & Kole will complete the repair
We will assess your piece and repair your piece as needed.

Step Four: Your piece is returned
We will express post your piece back to you as soon as possible.
