Q: Are your pearls natural?

A: Yes, we use natural, freshwater baroque pearls for all of our pearl pieces. We love the uniqueness of them and are sure you will too!

Q: Can I wear my pearls everyday?

A: Pearls are delicate in nature but they can be worn everyday. We would recommend not swimming or showering in your pearl pieces as this can damage the pearl.

Q: How do I look after my pearl pieces?

A: Try to avoid storing your pearl pieces alongside other jewellery, or with pieces that can scratch the surface of the pearl. A soft, breathable bag is a perfect place to store your pearl jewellery. Pearls need moisture so don't store them in an airtight container.

Q: Is this piece solid gold?

A: Correct! All Kate & Kole pieces are crafted in solid gold or silver.

Q: Are your white gold pieces rhodium plated?

A: As standard, most of our 9ct white gold pieces are not rhodium plated. Our 9ct chains are rhodium plated— but charms, pendants and rings are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold pieces are either rhodium plated or upgraded to platinum at no additional cost.
