Q: How many letters can I add to my Tiny Letter Charm Necklace?

A: You can add as many letters as you would like! If you would like to add more than seven letters to your necklace, you may need to upgrade your chain. For further information, please contact us.

Q: Can I add a Tiny Birthstone/Heart to a Tiny Letter Charm Necklace?

A: Yes, adding a Tiny Birthstone or Tiny Heart is a beautiful addition to a Tiny Letter Necklace, if you'd like to add a Tiny Heart Charm to your piece, you can do so here. Alternatively, if you would like to add a Tiny Birthstone, you can do so here.

Q: Can you solder the Tiny Letter Charm in place?

A: The letters have been designed to move freely along the chain. We have found that fixing them in place can weaken the chain.

However, if this is something you would like to do we can add two tiny jump rings to either side of the Tiny Letter Charm to fix it in place. The jump rings are just slightly larger than the holes on either side of the letter but small enough that they look no different than the cable chain the piece comes on. For further information on how to do this, please contact us.

Q: Are white gold Tiny Letter Charm Necklaces rhodium plated?

A: Our 9ct white gold chains are rhodium plated— but our Tiny Letter Charms are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold Tiny Letters are either rhodium plated or upgraded to platinum at no additional cost.
