A: If you would like your chain shortened you are able to do this here. Please select how many centimetres you would like off your chain and enter the final chain length.
Q: How can I add additional chain length if I have received my order?
A: Please contact us and our team can talk you through the steps to return your piece. You can then purchase your desired length and our jeweller will add on the additional length when your piece arrives back to us,
