Q: What does this repair fee include?
A: This small fee covers the repair or replacement of the component of the piece. A good cleaning and polishing of your current piece and express shipping to return the item back to you.
Q: Are your white gold pieces rhodium plated?
A: As standard, most of our 9ct white gold pieces are not rhodium plated. Our 9ct chains are rhodium plated— but charms, pendants and rings are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold pieces are either rhodium plated or upgraded to platinum at no additional cost.
