How do I use my points?

1 point = 1 dollar spent
Your points position you in a tier, but are not redeemable for monetary value. The more points, the higher the tier status and the more benefits you receive.
When do my points expire?

Your points are ever growing—this is based on your lifetime spend* with Kate & Kole. They never expire, and as they grow you will be put into new tiers with additional perks.
What is a Founders Consultation?

A consultation with founder and designer Sara Spence will be available to you for any unique jewellery design you would like to create with our team in future. This spans across wedding & eternity bands, or bespoke fine jewellery.
Do you clean all jewellery?
