How does the Jewellery Builder work?

Our Jewellery Builder lets you design your own engagement ring or fine jewellery piece online. Simply choose your stone, setting, metal, and size, and see your piece come to life in real time. It’s easy, intuitive, and completely customisable.
Do I need any design experience?

Not at all! Our builder is designed for beginners and jewellery lovers alike. Clear options, live previews, and step-by-step guidance make creating your own piece simple and enjoyable.
How long does it take to receive my piece?

As all pieces are made to order just for you, most fine jewellery items are ready to ship within 4 weeks. Wedding bands and engagement rings can take 8-10 weeks due to their bespoke nature.

Can I add engraving?

Yes during the build you can personalise your piece with engraving for an additional cost.
Can I save my design if I need more help?

Have a special request or would like a follow up phone call? When you have finished building, submit your design to our team by following the steps to check out. Your submission is free and saves your built design as is for us to review.

We will get in touch to find a suitable time for a phone consult to walk through further customisations, next steps or any questions you may have.
What if I'm not ready to order?

Once you have finished designing, you have a few options:

1. Request help from a consultant. Follow the prompts to submit your design to our team and we'll be in touch to assist you further.

2. Order Drawings. Prefer to see your ring in finer detail before adding to cart? Our design drawings provide you with a series of renders showing your design in true-to life-detail. We will email you with your drawings in 1-2 weeks from placing your order. Once you've placed your order, our design team will connect with you to advise you on next steps.

3. Order a sample. Try your ring at home! We will send you a mock up of your design. It will be made to your exact specifications in Silver or 9ct Yellow Gold and will contain replica stones. Samples ordered from Kate & Kole need to be returned within 30 days.

4. Share your design. You can copy the link at the end of the process to share with your partner, friend or loved ones.
