Kate & Kole Co-Founders Sara & Madalynne, along with our team of Bespoke Specialists, are so excited to be visiting our Sydney couples at our very first Residency location. From October 12 - 14th 2023, we’ll be substituting our seaside studio in Honeysuckle Newcastle, for the beautiful lll Rooms Sydney – located centrally in Potts Point.

We welcome you to join us for an intimate 1:1 engagement ring consultation, where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss design options, learn about our lab-grown diamonds and most importantly, view our beautiful collection of Ready to Wear rings in person.

Each In-Residency appointment will be sectioned into two 30 minute sessions. During the first session you will meet with our Founders, who look forward to introducing you to our Kate & Kole brand, showing rings from our Signature Suite & focusing on your dream design using our bespoke Jewellery Builder tool.

You’ll then be invited to wander through our space with bubbles in hand; where our dedicated Bespoke Team will be available to answer any additional questions about your piece or the purchase process. A selection of our most-loved wedding bands & fine jewellery collections will also be available to explore & shop on the day.

FAQ'S

Will your Ready to Wear rings be available to purchase on the day?
Yes — Our Bespoke Team will be arranging a beautiful suite of Ready to Wear engagement rings for the event.
After your appointment is confirmed, we will contact you with a pre-appointment questionnaire. It is important to answer this in as much detail as possible, as it will inform the Ready to Wear pieces we bring with us on the day!
Can I bring a friend to the appointment?
Of course — Bringing your partner, a friend or family member is a great idea!
We have quite an intimate space reserved for consultations, so we kindly ask that groups are kept to no more than 3 - 4 attendees per booking time.

Is there parking available nearby?
A public car park is available in Kings Cross, a 5 minute walk from our lll Rooms Sydney location. The venue is also easily accessible via public transport.
We’d advise allowing at least 20 minutes for unforeseen delays in travel time, to ensure you’re able to enjoy your entire appointment allocation.
What do I need to know before attending the appointment?
Our team will send you a questionnaire prior to attending, which will step out the factors to consider when purchasing an engagement ring — such as your diamond shape, material, finger size & budget for the piece. You’ll also have the opportunity to show us any inspiration photos that may guide the design process.
It’s perfectly fine if you don’t know all the answers just yet, however thinking ahead will allow us to make the most out of our time together.
How long does it take to get an engagement ring made after the appointment?
Our standard production times are between 8 - 10 weeks, with priority service options available upon request.
Sydney residency attendees will be guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery for all orders placed before October 29th.
