Q: How do I exchange my order?
A: Please select the 'Exchange' in the drop-down box and check out as normal. To send your piece back please contact us and our customer service team can provide you with the return details. Once your piece arrives in the studio we will notify you and process your exchange or gift card.
Q: Are your white gold pieces rhodium plated?
A: As standard, most of our 9ct white gold pieces are not rhodium plated. Our 9ct chains are rhodium plated— but charms, pendants and rings are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold pieces are either rhodium plated or upgraded to platinum at no additional cost.
