    From the moment you step into Kate and Kole, you'll be enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The studio’s elegant decor and serene ambience set the stage for a memorable shopping experience.

    You'll be greeted by our friendly staff who are passionate about jewellery and dedicated to helping you find the perfect piece.

    Our team will assist you in selecting pieces that complement your style and allow you to see how each item looks and feels when worn. This hands-on experience is invaluable in helping you make a confident decision.

    We also offer options for personalisation. Whether it’s adjusting the length of a necklace, adding a birthstone, or resizing a ring, we will work with you to ensure the piece is perfect for you.

    Based on your preferences discussed prior to the consultation, our Fine Jewellery team will present a curated selection of pieces.

    Whether you're looking for a statement necklace, a pair of elegant earrings, or a timeless bracelet, each item is hand-crafted with meticulous attention to detail by our in-house jewellers.

  1. Completing the Purchase

    Once you've selected your perfect piece, we will guide you through the purchase process. Most of our Fine Jewellery pieces are made to order so once your piece has been hand-finished by our jewellers we will ensure that your new piece is beautifully packaged.

    We can have your piece delivered or you are welcome to come into the studio to collect your piece in person, depending on your preference.
