Step One Draw the heart
Have your child draw a heart. This will be the centrepiece of the necklace so it's important to get right.

Step Two Capture the drawing
Take a clear photo with your phone of the heart drawing.

Step Three Send the drawing to us
Once you've placed your order, we will be in touch via email to provide additional details about the creation process.

Step Four Design translation
We then convert the heart drawing into a 3D printable file.

Step Five Production
The heart will be 3D printed in wax, then cast in gold or silver. Our jewellers then begin the process of hand-finishing your piece in our Newcastle studio.
Please keep in mind the production time for this piece is around three weeks.

Step Six Finishing touches
Your piece will be beautifully packaged and ready for gifting—with the option for delivery or collection from our Newcastle studio.
