A: To shorten your chain, please leave a note at checkout of your desired length and our jewellers will happily shorten the piece for you. To add length to the chain, please add this product to your cart.

Q: Are your charms solid gold and silver?

A: Our charms come in 9ct solid gold or 18ct solid gold. Our silver charms are solid and made with tarnish-resistant alloys.
