Direct sunlight can also cause jewellery to tarnish, we recommend removing your jewellery before you go swimming or sunbathing. Additionally, avoid wearing your jewellery whilst doing strenuous activities and sports.

Q: Are your white gold pieces rhodium plated?

A: As standard, most of our 9ct white gold pieces are not rhodium plated. Our 9ct chains are rhodium plated— but charms, pendants and rings are not. You can add this service to your piece here. Our 18ct white gold pieces are either rhodium plated or upgraded to platinum at no additional cost.
