If you have purchased a piece with a charm/s, but need it by a particular date our Fine Jewellery Priority Service - Charms, may be the right option for you.

This service will allow your piece to be created sooner than the usual turnaround time. Please contact us if you require our priority service.

Note:  You need to select from the drop down menu depending on your piece or how many charms you have selected on your necklace or bracelet.

Standard timings vs Priority timings*

Fine Jewellery Made to Order, Ready Sooner: Ships same business day if purchased before 12pm. All priority orders purchased after 12pm will be shipped the following business day*.

Fine Jewellery — Ready within 4 Weeks: Your piece to be created sooner than the 4 week turnaround.

*Some 18ct pieces may not be eligible for same or next day shipping. Please reach out for further details.
