Q: How do I find the right ring size?

A: If you're unsure of your ring size, simply select Ring Sizer and we will post you a ring sizer when your order has been confirmed.

Q: Can my ring be re-sized at a later date?

A: Our diamond set rings cannot be re-sized more than 1-2 sizes smaller or larger. Any ring that has diamonds placed around the entire piece cannot be easily re-sized so please reach out to our team to discuss further if you are unsure on your sizing.

Q: Can I see how this band pairs with different engagement rings?

A: Certainly! Check out our Instagram page, where we have a story highlight dedicated to showcasing our ring stack requests. If you have a specific combination you'd like to see, please contact us.

Q: What is the difference between 9ct & 18ct gold?

A: The carat refers to the percentage of pure gold that is present in the alloy — 9ct is 37.5% and 18ct is 75% pure gold. The different alloy mixes will affect the colour & durability of the piece. We recommend choosing the same metal composition as your engagement ring for a seamless pairing.

    Absolutely Stunning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The ring is absolutely gorgeous, exactly how I imagined it, my dream wedding band. The team at Kate and Kole, especially Mikaela were so helpful. I live in Ireland so naturally wasn’t able to just pop into the store and look at rings. Mikaela went above and beyond in making sure I was able to pick the right ring, she sent me pictures of the wedding band worn together with an engagement ring that looks like mine so I could see how they’d look together and advised me through the full progress (she also updated me with pictures once the ring was finished so I could take a first look at the final product). The ring arrived safe and sound and much quicker than anticipated in beautiful packaging, including a lovely ring box, polishing cloth, cotton bag and a handwritten personal note. I’m so in love with my ring, it’s beautifully crafted and sparkly and I simply can’t wait to wear it (and it goes really well with my engagement ring). Would highly recommend purchasing any of your bespoke jewellery with Kate and Kole, they really know their craft, you can’t go wrong.
