The 60 minute appointment opens up the full Ready to Wear suite, with time built in to explore a custom design if nothing off the shelf feels right. Book on a Saturday and the appointment fee is redeemable against your order.

Ready to Wear engagement rings are ideal if you need an engagement ring now, want to plan a surprise proposal, or prefer choosing a completed design without further decisions. The timeline is immediate, there is no customisation, and you are choosing a finished engagement ring.

Best for: finding a band, on its own or to sit alongside an engagement ring.

Same format as the engagement ring consultation: 30 or 60 minutes, weekday or Saturday. Bring your engagement ring with you so the fit and pairing can be checked properly. A 30 minute slot is enough to try on a shortlist. A 60 minute slot allows time to browse the full band suite before deciding.

If there is a sketch, a reference image, or a family stone you want reset, this is where it starts. The Design Consultation covers custom engagement rings, one of a kind wedding bands, and bespoke fine jewellery, and it is the first step in mapping out how the idea gets made.

Best for: necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and diamond pieces.

This appointment covers fine jewellery and diamond pieces bought for yourself or as a gift, along with smaller adjustments such as shortening a chain.

Best for: anyone who cannot get to the Newcastle studio.

Run over video, the Virtual Consultation covers the same ground as an in-studio visit: engagement rings, wedding bands and custom design. Built for interstate and international customers, and for anyone who would rather begin the process from home.

Best for: turning unwanted gold into something new.

This appointment is a personalised evaluation of gold you no longer wear, with a proposed value and design options talked through in the room. Existing gold cannot be remodelled directly into a new piece, but its value can be applied as credit toward a new design.

Best for: aftercare on jewellery already owned.

Booked for resizing, checks, or a clean. Complimentary cleaning is offered on all Kate & Kole jewellery, so this is the lowest-effort appointment on the list and the one worth using more than once.

Best for: an in-person visit outside Newcastle.

A few times a year, the team travels to other Australian cities to show a curated selection of engagement and wedding rings in private, one on one appointments. Register interest ahead of time, since dates and cities are limited.
