    Once you’ve made your selection, it’s time to send your beloved Kate & Kole piece to our Newcastle studio. Follow these simple steps to get your piece safely from your hands to ours:

    1. Securely package your jewellery in a padded envelope or small box to protect it during transit.
    2. Enclose a note with your order number, contact information, and specifics about your chosen charms.
    3. Send your package to the following address, opting for a trackable shipping method for added security.

    Alternatively, if you’d prefer to have your new charms added by a local jeweller, you certainly can! We would be more than happy to send you the finished charm piece by itself. Please note that this may incur additional costs but can be more convenient without the need for shipping.
